This Refund Policy governs refunds for the paid services of Uniscript Carousel Factory (the "Service") and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1.1. You may stop using the Service and request a refund in accordance with this Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
1.2. To request a refund, email uniscript@mail.ru with your account email and the date of payment. We review requests within 10 business days.
2.1. Within 14 calendar days of a Subscription payment, you may request a refund, less the value of carousels actually built (charged at the rate of the equivalent one-time pack).
2.2. If no carousel has been built under the paid Subscription at the time of the request, a full refund is issued.
2.3. After 14 days, a refund for the unused portion of a Subscription is issued pro rata for the remaining term, at the Provider's discretion.
3.1. Unused credits purchased as a Pack are refundable in proportion to the unused balance within 14 days of purchase.
3.2. Credits already spent (carousels built) are non-refundable, as the service is considered rendered.
5.1. Refunds are made using the same method and to the same card/account used for payment.
5.2. The time to receive funds depends on your bank and payment provider (typically 3–10 business days after the refund is approved).
