These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Uniscript Carousel Factory (the "Service"), operated by sole proprietor Mikhail Demyanovich Piptev (the "Provider", "we"). By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.1. Service — the software available at carousel.uniscript.app, which automatically generates carousel-post images for social media from photos you upload, using artificial-intelligence technologies.
1.2. Carousel — a single built set of slides. Your quota is consumed at the moment a carousel is built.
1.3. Subscription — paid access for a fixed term (30 days or 1 year by default) within the monthly carousel quota of the selected Plan.
1.4. Pack (credits) — a one-time purchase of a set number of carousels; credits do not expire.
1.5. Plan — the price, quota, and term published in the "Pricing" section at the time of payment.
2.1. The Provider grants access to the Service's functionality; the User pays for the Service under these Terms.
2.2. The list and price of services are shown in the "Pricing" section and form part of these Terms.
2.3. New users receive a free trial (3 carousels by default) at no charge.
3.1. Making a payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding agreement.
3.2. Before paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
4.1. The price is determined by the selected Plan or Pack and is shown at checkout.
4.2. Payments are processed by our payment providers — Robokassa (international cards) and T-Bank (Russian cards). We never see or store your full card details.
4.3. Services are considered paid once we receive confirmation from the payment provider.
4.4. A Subscription is activated for the Plan's term. Where auto-renewal is offered, it is disclosed at checkout and can be cancelled at any time in Profile → Subscription. Unused monthly quota does not carry over to the next period.
4.5. Credits purchased as a Pack do not expire and are spent after the monthly quota is exhausted.
4.6. The Provider operates under the Russian "Professional Income Tax" regime (self-employed). A receipt is issued via the "My Tax" application and sent to the User.
5.1. Access is provided 24/7, except during maintenance or outages beyond our control (failures of cloud providers, third-party AI services, or payment systems).
5.2. The quality of AI outputs is not guaranteed and depends on the quality of the photos and data you upload. The tool is provided "as is".
5.3. You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos and other content you upload and are responsible for their content.
7.1. Rights to the Service, its code, and design belong to the Provider.
7.2. Rights to the carousels you create belong to you. The Provider does not use your content to train AI models.
8.1. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 6 months.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for lost profits, the consequences of using generated content, or temporary unavailability of the Service for reasons beyond its control.
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they are settled in court at the Provider's place of registration, following a pre-trial claim procedure (response to a claim — 30 days).
